About El Zafiro
Cortijo “El Zafiro” was born from an old manor house in the 1920 and has been remodeled throughout the years. Nowadays, the Cortijo includes 5 en-suites with an exquisite decoration influenced by features from the old century and today’s modern era. The whole space is immersed in a paradise of olive trees and poplars with 12 ha in Montefrio, one of the 20 most beautiful medieval villages in Spain.
Its outdoor swimming pool really combines with the whole landscape. The Cortijo’s dreamy interior is very much inspired from an Andalusian patio with a wood-burning oven. This place really makes you feel like time stops making you rest in the utmost privacy and beautiful venue.
